The hotel has a very modern and sleek design, which I like. However, some details are lacking a bit. For example, in my room there were some plugs on the desk (HDMI, USB, etc.). I thought the USB one would be useful for charging, but it didn't work. The room was also still a bit dirty from the previous guests when we checked in (dried out beer stains on the desk).

Instead of going through the hassle of moving all our luggage we just cleaned it ourselves. The TV would not turn on by remote, only by pushing the physical button on the TV itself. The coffee/tea supplies were not replenished. Any one of these things would be fine and totally understandable, but all together it made the stay feel lacklustre, especially for a place that looks nice on the surface.

Your staff was professional and represented your corporation very well. The room was always clean and well prepared which is a great reflection on the cleaning staff. The breakfast however, has a great room for improvement.

For all five days we had breakfast, the meats and cheeses were dried out and appeared to be there from the day before. There was no attempt to cover them to keep them from drying out or to keep the flies off of them. I caught food poisoning during my stay and would bet money that's where I caught it.although I have no way of proving it. I strongly recommend you start covering the food while it sits out for hours waiting to be eaten. The reception staff and bar/restaurant staff were delightful - happy and helpful. The room was clean, modern and had everything you could need.

The only hiccup was when the fire door closed on my level, separating me from the lift and I had to use the emergency stairs exit. It would have helped if the reception desk had called my room to let me know what was happening before I left the room and received the big shock! A little adventure, but hopefully not one I want to have again.
